Orleans Core and the West Bank usually run faster; St. Bernard, the Northshore, and the River Parishes can run 40-60 minutes depending on traffic, the Causeway, and distance. Yes. Every EV needs a flatbed - the drive motors stay engaged with the wheels. We move Teslas, Rivians, Mustang Mach-Es, Lucids, and Hummer EVs regularly. If the battery is completely dead and the transport mode will not engage, we have workarounds.

Yes. We sign R.S. 32:1736-compliant written agreements with apartment complexes, HOAs, and retail lots across the metro. Signage, uniform-fee compliance, and release procedure all handled on our side, per Louisiana's private-property towing law. No cost to the property.

Louisiana law requires the tow company to provide an itemized invoice and release information to the vehicle owner. Call us with your license plate - if we have the car we tell you where it is, what the release fee is, and what paperwork you need (driver's license + registration in most cases).
